• User-Generated Content: Content generated through Gramo AI (e.g., LinkedIn posts, drafts, captions) belongs to you. You retain full ownership of such outputs and are free to use, edit, publish, and distribute them on your personal or business profiles
• By using Gramo AI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process and store your inputs and outputs for the purpose of delivering the Services
• We will never claim ownership of your generated content. However, with your consent, we may use anonymized or non-identifiable examples of generated outputs to improve our models or showcase platform capabilities

5. Payment & Subscription

• Paid features or upgrades require payment as described during your purchase
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You are responsible for keeping billing information accurate and payment-instrument validity
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice
• We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload or transmit harmful code (e.g., viruses, malware)
• Use the Services unlawfully or infringe others' rights
• Harvest data, circumvent authentication, or overload systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Rely solely on generated outputs without review. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content generated by Gramo AI before posting it on LinkedIn or any other platform. Gramo AI is not liable for any harmful, offensive, or misleading content that you choose to publish

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time without notice if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using Gramo AI at any time. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services cease immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in courts located in Delhi, India.
